Refers to an industrial system capable of adapting and maintaining good operational capacity rapidly in response to adverse events or challenges.

In other words, it is a production sector that, despite facing difficulties or external changes, manages to respond promptly and continue generating value.

It is not only about “surviving” crisis periods but also about leveraging difficulties to innovate, improve, and transform positively.
